Frequently Asked Questions

If something is missing, contact the venue directly and we will help.

Booking

Do I need to book?

No, you do not have to book. We take walk-ins when a suitable table is free. We always advise booking ahead to guarantee your table, and it only takes a minute online.

How can I book or change my booking?

Please send all booking requests through our online reservations page. To amend a booking, reply to the confirmation email we sent you and the team will sort it.

What is the deal with the deposit?

We ask for a £5 per person deposit on every booking, paid through a secure payment link. It is redeemed against the guests who attend. If you book for five and five turn up, £25 comes off the bill. If four attend, £20 comes off.

Can I stay after my booking time has finished?

If we have the space, you are welcome to stay longer than your original slot. Just ask your server. If your table is booked after you, we will do our best to find you somewhere else.

What happens if I am running late?

Everyone wants a bit of fashion in their lateness, but there is a limit. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, call us on 0121 643 3993 and we will try our best to still accommodate you.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. E-gift vouchers can be bought online and used on anything we offer at Siamais. They work for presents for other people or for future you.

The venue

Are children allowed in the venue?

Monday to Thursday we do not allow under 18s after 8pm. Friday to Sunday we do not allow under 18s at all. We run Challenge 25, so bring ID to avoid being refused alcohol.

Do I need ID?

Yes please. We operate Challenge 25. If you look under 25 we will ask, so take it as a compliment. Acceptable ID is a photo driving licence or passport. Copies and other forms of ID cannot be accepted.

What times are you open?

Monday to Thursday 12pm to 11pm, Friday 12pm to midnight, Saturday 12pm to 1am and Sunday 12pm to 11pm. We close on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Do you have disabled access?

Yes, we have disabled access and facilities, and our team are on hand to help with anything.

Do you have a cloakroom?

No, unfortunately we do not.

Is there a dress code?

Smart casual, which means no sportswear. Smart trainers are fine.

What type of music do you play?

During the week it is chilled-out. As the weekend approaches the atmosphere lifts, with soulful house, deep house, remixes and dance classics.

Where can I park?

Q-Park Brindleyplace is the closest car park. Booking it through YourParkingSpace is cheaper than paying on the day, and the code SIAMAIS10 takes a further 10% off.
