Deposits, changes and lateness
Do I need to book?
No. We take walk-ins when a suitable table is free. Booking is the only way to guarantee one, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.
How does the deposit work?
We ask for £5 per person on every booking, paid through a secure link. It comes off your bill for each guest who attends. Five booked and five arrive means £25 off. If four arrive, £20 comes off.
How do I change my booking?
Reply to your confirmation email and the team will amend it.
What if I am running late?
If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, call us on 0121 643 3993 and we will do our best to hold the table.
Are children allowed?
Monday to Thursday, under 18s are welcome until 8pm. Friday to Sunday Siamais is over 18s only.
